BUSINESS GROWTH STRATEGIST WEB DEVELOPER • EMAIL MARKETER
I started my journey in digital work with graphic design, learning how visual communication can change the way people see a business. As I worked on more projects, my curiosity naturally moved beyond design.
I wanted to understand the things behind the screen too. How a website should work. Why people leave one website but stay on another. How an online store should guide a customer. Why some businesses struggle to get found online. And what makes digital communication feel useful instead of overwhelming.
That led me into web development, WordPress, Wix, Shopify, e commerce, UI and UX, SEO, email marketing, and other areas of digital work.
Over the years, I’ve worked on 800+ projects across different businesses and industries. Every project has been different, and that’s probably one of the most valuable parts of the journey. Different businesses have different customers, different goals, different problems, and different priorities.
Working this closely with businesses also changed the way I look at digital work.
Sometimes a business needs a new website.
Sometimes the existing website simply needs to be improved.
Sometimes the problem is not the website at all. It may be SEO, user experience, content, email marketing, e commerce, conversion, or simply choosing the wrong digital direction.
And sometimes, the best decision is to not add another service yet.
That’s why I don’t start with the question, “What service should I sell?”
I start by asking, “What is actually happening in this business?”
Your business needs more than a website. It needs the right digital strategy.
That idea has become a big part of how I work today. I believe a business should understand its situation first, identify what matters most, and then work on the right solution at the right time.
My work now brings together the experience I’ve gained from design, websites, e commerce, SEO, email marketing, UI and UX, and digital strategy. Not because every business needs all of them, but because understanding different parts of the digital ecosystem helps me look at a business from a wider perspective.
I also write about the questions, mistakes, and digital problems I come across while working with businesses. Through my articles and insights, I try to make complicated digital topics easier to understand, so business owners can spot problems earlier, understand their options, and make better decisions before spending time or money on the wrong thing.
The goal is simple: understand the need, solve what matters, and build from there.

Not Sure What Your Business Needs Next?
Tell me what’s going on. We can look at the problem, understand what makes sense, and figure out the next step.
Clear Answers To Common Questions
Do you work directly with your clients?
Yes. I work directly with my clients throughout the project, from the first conversation to the final handover.
How do you approach a new project?
I start by understanding the business, the goal, and the problem. Then I look at what needs to be done and what makes the most sense.
What if I'm not sure what my business needs?
That’s completely fine. You don’t need to know the answer before reaching out. Just tell me what’s happening, and we’ll figure it out from there.
Can you help improve an existing website?
Absolutely. A website doesn’t always need to be rebuilt. Sometimes a few thoughtful improvements can make a much bigger difference.
What is one lesson you've learned from your experience?
Every business is different. What works for one business may not be right for another, so I always try to understand the business first.
Why do you share your knowledge through articles?
I write about questions, mistakes, and problems I come across in my work. I want to make digital topics easier for business owners to understand.
What matters most to you when working with a business?
Understanding the real problem, communicating clearly, and making sure the solution actually makes sense for the business.
